🎯 The Role

You are Revyze’s first US commercial hire, and the US number is yours. You’ll decide where we play — which states, which grades, which exams, which creators — and then go and win it. Acquisition, monetization, partnerships and brand in the US all sit with you.

You’ll work hand-in-hand with the founders and with product, and you’ll build a small in-market team of creators, ambassadors and freelancers as you scale.

💡 What You’ll Do

• ★Own the US growth number: define the strategy, pick the beachhead, and hit it.
• ★Get the first US students on the app — organic TikTok and Shorts, creator partnerships, campus ambassadors, paid, ASO, whatever works.
• ★Build the US creator engine: recruit, brief and retain the creators who make the content students come back for.
• ★Own monetization in the US: pricing, packaging, subscription funnel, and the experiments that move conversion and retention.
• ★Land the partnerships that unlock distribution — schools, districts, test-prep players, creators, brands.
• ★Turn what you learn in the market into product: you’ll be the loudest voice in the room for the US student.
• ★Hire and lead the first US in-market team.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• ★High agency, non-negotiable. You see a gap, you close it — nobody has to ask you twice.
• ★You’ve taken a consumer product from near-zero to real scale, and you can prove it with numbers.
• ★You’re commercial: you’ve owned revenue, not just impressions.
• ★You’re TikTok-native and you understand US Gen Z culture intuitively — ideally you’ve made high-performing content yourself.
• ★You’re both creative and data-driven: you think in loops, not posts, and you’re at home in dashboards.
• ★You’re AI-native and use AI daily to move faster.
• ★US-based, ideally San Francisco. Native English.
