🎯 The Role

This is not a coordination job. You’ll be the operating system of Revyze US: setting up the entity and the rituals, running the numbers, unblocking the team, and personally owning projects that have no other owner yet. You’ll work directly with the founders in Paris and be their eyes, ears and voice in the US.

You’ll have extreme ownership and extreme ambiguity. The scope changes every quarter as the company grows — that’s the point.

💡 What You’ll Do

• ★Stand up Revyze US: entity, banking, payroll, vendors, legal and compliance — with the right advisors, fast and clean.
• ★Own the operating cadence: weekly priorities, OKRs, board and investor reporting, metrics the whole team trusts.
• ★Run high-stakes projects end-to-end — a US launch, a partnership, a hire, a pricing change — whatever the biggest lever is that quarter.
• ★Be the founders’ proxy in the US: meetings, partners, investors, press, community events.
• ★Build the US team: source, interview and onboard the first hires, then hand off cleanly.
• ★Find the bottleneck before anyone else does, and remove it.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• ★You’re a builder. Lightning-speed iteration, “anything is possible” energy, and you learn incredibly fast.
• ★You’re already in the Bay Area and want to be in the room, not on a call.
• ★3–6 years in a high-intensity environment: consulting, banking, VC, or (ideally) an early-stage startup.
• ★You’re structured and numerate — you live in spreadsheets and dashboards and can defend every number.
• ★You act like an owner. Ambiguity, many hats and a rollercoaster beat a safe job, every time.
• ★You’re AI-native and use AI daily to move faster and produce better work.
• ★Native / very fluent in English (French is a plus, not a requirement).
